It is good for people in this country to buy stuff we've made here at home. When you buy a "World Economy" part made in some low wage country and shipped over here, yes, you might save a few bucks and make more profits for the Multinational and it's stockholders...the company that controls that industry, but you are putting the screws to workers in the US and Canada. Often times the quality of cheap parts is lacking, too..I try to at least see where stuff I use has been made and when possible, I use US made products..Helps us workers out, I think..
