Van looks really nice. What is the mileage of the complete vehicle. To me I would be concerned that $3k needed to be spent to get it ready for sale. Does that imply maintenance was deferred or the seller is looking to get more? The air conditioning was just charged, was the leak fixed? What condition are all the suspension bushings in, especially the radius rod mounts. Are those tires really tall or the springs lowered or tired? The big question is why is it for sale now? The Subie conversion does add a lot of value. What are your long term plans if you get this van?  If it is as good as it looks I would consider it.
