was the van run 'in the air' ..like with rear wheels off the ground ( very solidly supported of course ) ? 'sometimes' something out of round or true will be apparent. Are the rear axle nuts tightern' snot ? the torque spec is way up their . I do lots of listening , like with a hose or ..even better..hard wood stick, pressed to ear and bearing housing . tricks like that.
