When your cooling system is well warmed up it should have some pressure. If not, your pressure cap is bad or there is a serious leak somewhere that you should be able to see. Once the system is hot you should hear the sound of air escaping when you loosen the radiator bleeder or coolant should come out. I would park with the nose down to encourage coolant to go to the radiator and air to come toward the tank in the back.
