In my experience, when Van Cafe physically puts a small package together they will make a judgement to send it cheaper or for the same website generated price they will upgrade to speedier shipping.

Anyone know where I can get these and
not pay an arm and a leg for shipping?
I was all set to order them from Van Cafe until I got to
checkout and they were going to charge me $13 to send them
by UPS. I mean they would fit into an envelope!
Bus Depot does not list them but I'm in AZ and parts take
forever to come from PA.

That's because there is no Adjuster or Pivot Piece on the
Bottom Outside of
the Low Beam.
Top Outside Adjuster Assembly:

A few years back I pushed through the project to have all of
the adjusters
to be reproduced by Airhead/VWG because.Volkswagen started
obsoleting them
and have been very popular with the Vanagon crowd. In
addition to retail
sales, they provide them to the well-known Vanagon parts
vendors. Even the
dealer 2 blocks down the street buys them.
In addition to Van Cafe, I take several tech calls a week
involving these
adjuster pieces.
As far as used pieces are concerned, forget it. It's not
so much they've
been cannibalized, the nylon piece(s) have become so brittle
with age they
become worthless trash.
