Besides the original question on the adjusters.....

I've found Van Cafe to be very handy and always helpful. They really know their s*** and they always answer the phone. They are real people on the other end of the line, glad to have our business and willing to trade their phone- time for our money without any BS. They almost always ship within a few HOURS of my ordering something, or they'll let you know if the UPS (or whatever) guy has just left or something..Then sometimes you even have to wait till the next morning to get a nice email telling you it was sent. They will discuss the quality options between various makers of parts...If you order online and they have a question or a suggestion, they even can sometimes call YOU..

In this silly era of having to suffer through inappropriate phone menus and ending up 'talking' to some person in Indonesia or Bopol or somewhere for so called Customer Service.....making a simple phone call and being answered by a real person who knows about the products they are selling, sometimes even the owner of the business, that is very cool! ...and some people might even order just for the cookies they include in each order....I like cookies, but I really like good service and they do that...

Our other vendors are excellent also..
