Torque converter or flex plate will vibrate when the van is stationary.  Rev
the motor in the driveway and check.
Brakes- did you replace the drums or just the shoes?
Did you rotate tires from front to rear?  Did you notice any difference at
all?  If you have access, I think the easiest thing to try next is different
wheels.

To continue this thread, I have replaced everything that is obvious,
bearings, cv's,tire rotation/balance, brakes, motor mounts.  As previously
stated the vibration/harmonic evens out a bit @60mph, but at that speed the
increased general noise may cover it.  At slower speeds, a hard right turn
makes it go away.  I am wondering if a weak transmission mount (I believe it
is original) would cause something like this.  The next thought that I don't
want to consider at the moment is the torque converter or the flex plate?
Again any advice about where next to look would be great!  Thanks in
advance...
