Syncro or 4WD? I have found on some 2WD kits the hubs are an extremely tight fit inside the rotor and if not careful they can end up mounted jammed at an angle.

Are you splash plates in place and there? Having water spray directly onto hot rotors, especially vented ones will warp them in short order.

Are they really warped or just glazed? I would estimate that at least half or the warped rotor complaints are actually due to rotor surface friction variations. Different pads can fix that.

Hi All,

Has anyone had any experience with the GoWesty Big Brake kit which replaces the stock rotor and calipers with larger ones?

We have installed the setup and found the rotors have severely warped twice in one year. For comparison, our last set of stock rotors lasted over 12 years and were replaced due to thinness and a slight grooving, but never warped.
