I think that is too much for anything that doesn't have an engine or trans. However, I also agree with Chris and depending on your personal standards this could be a decent running bus for far less that $10k - $15k. Obviously the safety things have to be looked at but the aesthetic things are just that. I have a manual trans and a 2.1 engine sitting in my garage right now (they are for sale if anyone needs them) but I'd never pay $2900 for this, wetsy or not - I might pay $1000 though.
