It's impossible to turn the ABA head with the OHC arrangement anyway. The cam gear would by the transmission. If you just need a little clearance, why not use spacer blocks and longer bolts on the engine and tranny mounts? Then shim the rear springs to get your ground clearance and CV angle back.

There's no turning the head around on the block if that's what you mean .. the bolts patter would turn around, but oil holes , both feed and return.
