I agree, if it's as claimed. Based on the available info, and the ever-increasing prices of Westies here in on the East Coast, it's worth the asking price if not more. If I wasn't busy raising three kids I'd snap it up myself, and decide later if it was going to become a project or a parts donor. Of course if you were going to give it to a $100-an-hour mechanic and tell him to restore it for you, that would be a very different story; you’d be better off buying one in better shape.
