What result do you get with the 12V Wire connected to where it was originally on the Horn &

then with a piece of #14 or #12 or Bigger wire as a jumper from the other HornTerminal to any good

ground on the Frame or Body?

Could you give a detailed description of how you wired in the Relay ~
