there are fuel pressure tests outlined in the Bentley requiring the use of a fuel pressure gauge. One of these tests is for residual pressure. But if the system doesn't hold residual pressure due to a fault in the new fuel hose(s) install, that fault would *should* be easy to find. (loose clamp etc.). Otherwise, I don't know what tool would be used to pressurize the fuel system (like pressure testing the coolant system??) If it were me, I'd pressurize the system by turning the key to ign. on several times (do not start engine) to prime the fuel pump which would pressurize the system, then check for leaks. Or, one could bypass the fuel pump relay (shown in Bentley), which would run the fuel pump continuously, (don't start engine) then check for leaks. If alls good, start engine, keep an eye out for any leaks.
