What happens when you first turn on the key?
Does the led blink several times, stop blinking, and then several
seconds later start blinking again? If so, try the following.

The coolant level sensor in the main coolant tank can fail or get a
coating on the probes that makes it act like the tank level is low.

The 2 wires to the coolant level sensor in the main coolant tank can get
an internal break near the tank or the contacts that plug into the tank
can corrode or get dirty.
