it's always a good idea to know that the fuel pressure is within spec.

the normal way is, engine running, connect your FP gaue to the testing port, on that triple T by the distributor. 7mm hex nut there. Connect FP gauge hose there.

test with vacuum connected to FP Regulator, then disconnected. See Bentley for those two pressure specs.

watch for leaks everywhere. alternatively you can jumper the fuel pump to run ( super easy at the fuel pump relay if you know which two pins to connect ) ... then you can check hoses fuel pump running, engine off.
