When did you replace the FuelPump&Filter ~ Before or Since the Symptoms began?

Is the FuelPumpCycling Random or does it have a Period & if so what is the Period?

A loud FuelPump would get me looking for an obstruction of the flow to it ~ Perhaps

a blockage in the GasTank.
