I've been wondering the same thing about the ALH I'm prepping for my van. The serpentine accessories bracket fitment seems pretty tight on these engines, and I was disappointed to see that the 120amp alt from my Audi won't fit in the same space. I'd like to locate a larger amp earlier rather than later, 'cause I don't want to find out after I've welded up my engine mount brackets that they preclude my upgrading in the future.
