You can call me a Chinaphobe too, but fact is they are making some pretty decent product now. Especially Taiwan. The Pittsburg brand at HF is actually pretty good.

Kabo in Taiwan makes a really handy product. It an XL reversible ratcheting flex set. Originally labeled EZ-Red, then Mountain, now ATD, just google "platinum 99650".

There's a rather lengthy tool Forum(Tool Talk, Garage Journal, or maybe Garage Gazzette) that has a lengthy listing of Harbor Freight tools and which ones last and which ones don't....worth checking out before your next "investment". BTW, my .45 cal. ammo box is pretty near 1/2 full of Pittsburg Forge sockets, wrenches etc. for my "Emergency repair kit" for which ever vehicle I take outside of the county, but I was pretty picky about which HF tools I bought. Thinking I spent maybe $60 total and that ammo box is packed to the gills. Of course, there are plenty of American tools in there too. My wife calls me a Chinaphobe.......and I take that as a compliment.......
