Hi listers,

to help a few iPhone users out. To put the vW horn ring tone on your iphone

first download the iPhone ring tone by clicking on the dropbox link.

then open iTunes then do add to iTunes. On a Mac this is command O, or you can find this in the menu par. not sure about PC but try control O, or search for the option in the menus. now select the ring tone from where you find your downloads.

It will be added to iTunes Now sink your phone and it will show up along with all the other tones.

Sorry about Android I don't know what format they use. If someone knows I can make a version as long as I have the format available in my audio editor.

I hope people are enjoying this.

Next VW camping season I'm tempted to bring my recorder so I can make people a ring tone of their own busses! In the Mean time I hope my 85 horn will do.

If you have a good short recording of your horn in a common format I should be able to help you get yours iPhone ready. Ring tones must be less then 30 seconds and the shorter the better for my purpose.
