The easiest way to add curtains is with a set of Carat style snap-in curtains. Half an hour with a cordless drill and you're finished. GoWesty offers a similar, albeit more expensive solution -

With a little ingenuity, some sewing skills and a local hardware store, sliding curtains are doable for less money (and more time).
