Be very careful when you do remove that hose from the pump. When trying to remove the hose clamp at the fuel outlet I manages to snap off the PLASTIC outlet nipple, requiring the not-cheap replacement of an until-that-moment-perfectly-good fuel pump. Not the first, and sadly not the last, time I managed to do something like that.
