The age probably doesn't matter. What is important is that it's non-phosphate. If you are not sure about that, find some that is. Many of us use Dex-cool long life or something similar. A few still buy the expensive stuff from a VW dealer. Mix with distilled water or water from a dehumidifier. Larry A.
