If fuel in tank is relatively low, safely park on incline, nose down?

Some fuel will likely come out of the pump but not a lot IIRC.

With my older style fill neck on my '81 it's easy to siphon off gas. But I think most of the newer fill necks have the ball-cage which prohibits siphoning?
