        The easiest way it to use a converter 220v to 110v.  That's what I have down with the 220v Electolux fridge I have in my Westy that I brought back from Germany a few years ago.  If you can find the 110v replacement heating element that could be neater but you need to find it.  The converters are easy to locate.
