Hi all!  Just trying to get home!  Thought we were good to go after
the awesome help from Mark Drillock, and Will in Oceanside, CA!  Thank
you!  Well, here is the problem, and I am thinking its not good!

First off, I am in a 1990 Vanagon, but it has a Tiico conversion.  2.0
92 Golf.

I saw the temp light go off, and pulled over.  Opened the inner tank,
and found no water!  There were no billows of steam, no water dumping
on the ground.  Thankfully had water, and poured in 2 gallons!!!  Let
the engine cool of course, and it was warmish water. Normally when I
put this much water in, I have a leak somewhere!  No foamy oil either
btw.  Walked to the nearest farm house, filled my gallon jugs, and
filled the overflow tank too.  Let it run a bit, and topped it off
inside.  Drove about ten miles, and pulled over to the McDonalds in
Willow, CA to fill my bottles, and the temp light went off just as I
pulled in to the parking lot.  Empty inside tank again!!!  No dumped
water, or steam!  No foam in the oil. Dark out, but checking hoses
now.  Need more minds, as I am not a mechanic!  Called the rescue
squad, but no one is home.  :D
