With those oil pressures I wouldn't worry about main and rod bearing clearance very much. Those are great pressures I think. Generally, the flywheel end seal is called the Rear Main Seal . the Front Crankshaft Seal is toward the rear bumper of the van. On this leak .. are you sure it's engine oil and not dark/dirty ATF ? or even gear oil from the rear diff ? I've seen the side seals where the axles bolt on the side of the trans get hard and leak .... though not very often. I have seen a few Rear main seal jobs not 'take' ... perhaps from not-super-high-quality part .. or workmanship as you suggest.. or wear on some part .. crank, bearings, drive plate, trans shaft etc. Scott
