Subject: Window seals - Replacement
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

Hi all, I am planning to have my Vanagon painted. Were is the best place to purchase the new seals as a cost saver buying a full seal kit. Since it is a Westy, I am planning on getting the Vanagon sprayed with bed-liner material. We love camping off grid and not looking forward to scratching a new paint job with brushing up against bushes and low tree limbs. I was wondering if one with no experience can re-install the windows. I am pretty handy. Plus I was wondering what to do about window tinting if the windows are out, replace window with tinted glass or get the tinted film install after window are re-install. I was told the bed-liner spray is great and last a life time. If I spray the pop top one can walk on it as a lookout stand, not bad. I going to find out about weight differents vs. Painting. Thanks, Scott Greiner Mesa, AZ The Doghouse 1982 Westy Diesel 1.9 AHU
