I've used my glove box from time to time without any problem.  I have never locked or unlocked the glove box since I've owned the van. After I took my van in for some work, it now refuses to open. I guess the mechanic fiddled with it and broke it. I swear every time I take my van in, it comes back with something either broken or smeared with oil..
I keep my registration and insurance cards in there - now inaccessible. I found a spare key that goes in all the way and turns the lock, but the door wont open no matter what the position of the key. Can anyone help me figure out what has happened and how to fix the lock so I can open the door? Thanks a lot.
