SE Pennsylvania to SW Florida. Yes, I have an oil pressure gauge. It runs about 42 -45 lb at 4000 rpm until the oil goes over 220 degrees. Then it starts to drop as the temperature goes up. Lowest it has ever gone when engine is at speed is 35 lb. Idle oil pressure holds 10 lb. even at the higher temperatures.

I really don't want to mess with it except for the oil leak at the front of the engine. I already paid $500 plus to have the front main seal (flex plate side) replaced two years ago, but still leaks, leaves pecker tracks in the driveway and spots up the rear of the car on long drives. Seems like unless I fix it myself it is never done right.

Just ran another non-stop 1200 mile trip to SWFL in my young 91 tin top 2.1 wbx. This trip it will turn 270k miles. I know I should open it up and do the main and rod bearings but it is just soooooo smooth. The oil pressure is good even when the oil climbs to 235 degrees in the 90 degree temps down here. The lube oil analysis reports are always good. I hate to mess with something that is operating so flawlessly.
