I believe that the Carat rear seat is about 1 or 2 inches narrower to allow space for the plastic panels, etc. The PO of my GL put in the table and plastic panel on that side, but did not change the seat. This makes it a tight fit and raising and lowering the rear seat is sort of difficult, especially getting it past the seat belts. Not impossible, but harder than I would like. Check the measurements.
