lol... well........find out what is missing . fuel, ignition, timing, compression . Did the air intake boot come undone ? Did anyone LOOK where the work was just done ? I always take off the air intake boot and throttle body on a waterboxer to replace the starter. It's quite possible that Joe Tehcnician likely didn't tighten an air intake boot hose clamp. but did anyone LOOK !!!?? that's where diagnosis and repair starts.
