re throttle cable ..
I am not sure if there are different part numbers for 82 and 83 ..
but I don't remember the throttle cable being especially a problem at all.
Hoses ...5 speed hoses are different..
but 82's could be adapted.
the 'right way' would be to get a set of Justin's silicone hoses ...
as I understand, they are not quite 82 or 83 hoses...more like inline
four gas ...
possibly South African related .
so they need some adaptiing too I gather.
In any case ...*as long as people keep the same plumbing layout,
schematically speaking* ...hoses are not much of an issue.
Have you moved up to an 83 and latter type radiator ?
that's something all 82's eventually would like.
You'll have a real "Keeper" pretty soon Ralph.
