When your foot is OFF the clutch pedal, the input/pilot shaft turns at the same speed as the crank/flywheel. Thus the bearing in between them is not being asked to do anything at that time. Since you said it makes the noise when your foot is off the pedal it shouldn't be this bearing. You have an internal tranny bearing going out. The 091 tranny can make bearing noises for a long time and still work. On the other hand it could fail suddenly at any time. I have experienced both with my AAZ powered vans.
