I have an interest in this conversion.

But after exchanging email about it with the guys at Vanaru (http://www.vanaru.com), the leading east coast Subaru conversion outfit, I put that interest on hold.

They expressed the opinion that there is little parts support for this power train and that they have no interest in it until there is more support.

I respect their point of view because they are in the trenches every day with the process, and suppose they don't want to leave their customers (and their good name) subject to an incomplete parts flow.

I think they are on this list and may add more to the discussion.

Cheers, Anthony '89 Syncro GL (Hidalgo)
