there's a small release catch thing .. it's a black looking triangle thing , about an inch across.. on one seat track. you slide forward until that thing stops it .. then you need 3 hands..one to hold the release catch.. one to hold the lever up, and one to slide the seat. no prying needed. sometimes the seats are very sticky and don't slide easily ...and prying is not how to deal with that.
