If you are getting Gas' @ the TestPort when the Pump is running then I would try Clamping the

ReturnHose from PressureReg' to Tank & see if that gives you the Pressure needed ~ But if that hose is

Old & Rigid BeCareful not to CrackIt ~ If that test works, swap in the other PressureReg' ~ also make

sure the VacHose to the PressureReg' is in good shape ~
