i have one for sale for $200. lol. actually, if you find a perfect brown one, that might be what someone would want for it. they are essentially made of unobtanium.... or some sort of crappy brown polymer that doesn't hold up to the UV rays is more like it.

Anyway just replace it with a black one. they arent affected by "Sun Rot" like the brown mirrors and window crank knobs are.

you can usually find the black ones for less than $20 bucks. if your deadset on brown, just spray paint it with some krylon fusion brown spray paint.
