I am stunned that I never thought of this idea. It's the same principle as inductive stove tops. It is also used industrially to heat large slabs of steel. Being an old Dutchman on a fixed income, I don't want to spend the money, but I will be experimenting with a coil of wire attached to my AC arc welder.
