Easy Peasy, well almost. I just did mine last week. Patience and perseverance or remove the cabinet. You need to go slow and keep working the rubber lip up over the metal edge front to back , then when you can no longer reach from the inside you go at it from the outside, mm by mm not to fast. Another way is to just cut the rubber and replace it with a new seal but that takes all the fun out of the project.
