Hi all,


I spent part of the day today installing an SA grill and light system in my 86 Westfalia.


I'm not happy with the way the grill is attaching. The pins that are imbedded into the new grill mold have nothing to come into contact with on the van. For the time being, I took a couple of the rubber washers that were on the pegs used on my original grill and placed them on the end metal pins so they could tuck and hold against the tabs of the outer light frames.
It really sketchy set up. If I bump the grill, the whole grill comes dislodged.


It seems that there HAS TO BE a better way to keep the grill in place. Am I missing parts???


Here's a pic showing the pegs including the end one with the washer. The second peg form the end comes into contact with nothing... Weird.
