This might be a good time to mention that I have a new closeout coming from
Hella on E-code H4 headlights for '80-85 Vanagons, for $59/pair. These are
the genuine European spec ones directly from Hella in Germany. This is a
one-shot deal; Hella has already told us we will not be able to reorder at
this price (about 40% off).  Coupled with a pair of German 60/55w bulbs
($3.95 each) this is an excellent plug-and-play upgrade - a dramatic
improvement over the stock lighting that just pops right in; no rewiring or
relays required. However you can also add our relay kit (and higher-output
bulbs if desired) for an even bigger improvement.  '86-91 owners can couple
these with our South African 4-headlight grill kit to get their late model
Vanagons out of the "dark ages."
