Ign. on, each FI plug should have a constant B+ on one side. There is a B+ junction in the black junction box. IIRC, this supplies B+ to FI's. The test should be shown in Bentley for this. Also, check continuity between each FI plug negative wire and ECU plug. The FI's are activated by a supplied negative ground from the ECU. I see this as ECU 12. I find it hard to believe that 3 injectors are faulty. But as you say, the engine has sat some time unused. Is the known good injector spraying each and every time?
