With a decent 9V battery and some clip leads you should be able to get each
injector to click (and spray fuel if the system is pressurized.)
If you remove (carefully) the Hall sensor plug at the side of the
distributor, with the ignition on, grounding the center terminal
momentarily of the connector on the wiring harness should make the
injectors fire and the coil spark.
