This is referred to as the "Lower Control Box" in ETKA. Fits Late 83-91 as 251 259 109 D (Many times the casting numbers on these plastic parts won't have the letter suffixes)

The actual 251 259 109 is technically for the Air Cooled Vanagon 80-Early 83 2.0 and Diesels 82-83 according to ETKA (obsolete by VW in November 1997).
