Usually there is metal tab bent at an angle on the flat side of the spade connector that compresses and allows the connector to be slid into the plastic housing and catches once fully inserted & prevents the spade connector from being pulled or pushed out. To get the spade connector out, you'll need to use something like a small jewellers screwdriver to compress that tab so that the connector can be pushed out. If you look at the side of the housing where the relay plugs into, there should be a small opening just above the flat side of the connector. Insert the small screwdriver kinda thing into that opening and compress that tab while simultaneously using your third hand to push the connector backwards out of the housing using a slightly larger screwdriver kinda tool. If the wire cannot be fit back into the connector & crimped, any auto parts store should have generic replacement spade connectors that will work. Just make sure that it has the little retention tab sticking out of the back. And since QC seems to be lacking, I would pull out the other spade connectors and crimp them down more firmly.
