Two are, the forward two, but the rear two will need to be installed. You have to pull the floor panel up to do that. I just loosened all the screws that hold the floor down and put a wedge under it to hold it up while I manipulated the rear two bolts through the holes that are in the steel floor already. I think I had to remove a couple rubber/plastic plugs that are factory installed in those holes.

You end up with two 3 gallon propane tanks rather than the larger 5 gallon Eurovan tank, so you end up with more capacity and no clearance loss.
