You can insert an On-Delay timer into the circuit.  Something like this:

Set it for the amount of delay time you want to have (continuous float switch activation), and the NO contacts won't "make" until the time has elapsed, and will reset when the float signal goes low again.  Should be pretty easy - surprised Bostig hasn't fixed this yet.
