Richard - I think I could live with the raw food for a while when camping - but in spite of having lived in Alaska forever - I still would not want to put up with the cold. When you are out and about - you really do need the ability to have sufficient heat to warm the body and knock the chill out. Enjoy your baloney sandwich! LOL!
