Yep, I think you're right, Neil. 2µ2 63V is what the printing on mine (that I can see) reads, so definitely a capacitor. Anyone know what the exact specs are for this component?

Thanks, Neil, but I've actually found the values of an 85 foil, but I'm looking for values from an 89, which has a completely different schematic. Thanks for clarifying the other part, though.
