Hi Jarrett.

I *think* that blue component is a capacitor. (but why?)

If I get motivated, I'll scrounge around and see if I can find my '85
foil. It's an earlier type though; the cluster has a spot for the oil
pressure "L" board but none (obviously) was present.

If sussing values from that are of any use, let me know.
